Description

Moksha is an Internationally Accredited Yoga School offering Teacher Training aswell as a Yoga Studio.  Every 6 months our Yoga Teacher Trainees sit their practical exams and we open up our studio to provide FREE Yoga Classes so that our YTT's have the opportunity to teach to the public which not only supports them but also you get the opportunity of experiencing some Yoga practice with our compliments.

Why not come along and treat yourself to one or as many classes as you can on Saturday 23rd June. All exam classes are FREE and you can get to be a part of our students' wonderful journey.

The reciprocal nature of Teacher and Student is a beautiful experience and is known in Yoga as Parampara: we are all both teachers and students, learning from each other always. This truth is ever apparent during our exam classes as you have the opportunity to learn from and contribute to the learning of our YTT's!

1) 8.00am -8.30am

2) 8.45am - 9.15am

3) 9.30 - 10.00am

4) 10.15am - 10.45am

5) 11.00pm - 11.30pm

6) 11.45pm - 12.15pm

7) 12.45pm - 1.15pm

8) 1.30pm - 2.00pm

9) 2.15pm - 2.45pm

10) 3.00pm - 3.30pm

11) 3.45pm - 4.15pm

12) 4.30pm - 5.00pm

Cost

FREE - Bookings are essential and these classes tend to fill fairly quickly, so in order to book your place into one or more of the classes (or all of them if you wish), please contact Moksha directly on (03) 9557-5885 or book in directly via email at brooke@mokshayoga.com.au. 

We do ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to class commencement.  

 

Duration

30 minute blocks with 15 minute break inbetween
