Deconstructing Balance (part 1) 28 April 2-4pm

Arm balances combine coordination, core strength, and courage. The challenge of these postures may seem daunting but the great thing about this practice is that there are many ways to prep that don't require being on the hands. With mindful preparation, we will flow through a sequence to strengthen arms and abdominals and opening the hips and hamstrings to execute the poses with precision and grace.

In this workshop we will break down the foundations of basic balancing postures such as Bakasana and Galavasana, and try some of the lesser known such as Hasta Vakrasana.

Come and explore the limitlessness of what is possible!

*Suitable for beginners to intermediate
