Day 1 and 2

This section of the course includes training on the following subjects...

• Who is Epona Yoga
• How we learn – a little about the right and left brain
• Energy Center's around the body
• Meditation
• Music and its effect on the body, mind and spirit
• Our own yoga practice

Day 3 and 4, 5 and 6

It is a Pre Requisite that you attend training days 1 and 2 to be eligible to attend Day's 3 and 4 of the training program. In Days 3 and 4 we explore the following.

Epona Yoga Facilitators Training

• What is Yoga
• Eight limbs of Yoga
• Guidelines for Teaching children of all ages
• Tips for Teaching a class
• Yoga in the Classroom
• Yoga for the Special Child
• Anatomy and Physiology
• and more...

After course completion attendees will need to conduct 20 hours of practical teaching before being issued with an Epona Yoga Facilitators Certificate.

Participants of the whole course upon full payment being received also receive – Laminated posters for each of the 36 Epona Yoga Poses, Stickers for their class participants, Flyers, Certificate Print outs to give to their Yoga Kid Participants. It is at this point you will be tested on the information learned to date.

Ongoing Training

During the following year period we will ground in our understanding of the journey we have undertaken. We move into a new level of awareness incorporating what we have learned to date and building upon it.

Upon successful completion you will be given your certificate enabling you to continue your practice over the coming year.
