Description

Bodhi festival is a weekend celebration of Music, Yoga and Healing. It will all take place in the beautiful beachside city of Newcastle NSW.

Bodhi Festival runs on;

Saturday 25th 8.00am to 11.30pm

Sunday 26th 8.00am to 8.30pm

There will be a Festival Opening Peace Procession from Hunter St Mall to Newcastle Beach at dusk on Friday 24th.

Newcastle has been chosen because it is reinventing itself as a centre of the Arts, spirituality and healing. We will be utilizing the beach and parks in our presentation of the festival as well as a very special building 5 minutes walk from the beach.

The Bodhi Festival features the finest line-up of international and local devotional musicians ever assembled in this country. This includes Deva Premal, Jai Uttal, Dave Stringer, Sacred Earth and of course, Shanti Music.

The Bodhi Festival line-up also features renowned national and international yoga teachers, meditation masters and inspirational speakers as well as sacred ritual, ceremony and the breathtaking Peace Angels.

You’ll also get to sample fantastic food and market stalls.
