Description

Held over 3 Friday nights the course starts the session with a 1hr yoga beginners class from 530-630pm followed by an introduction to Meditation covering the different breathing techniques and practices that are thousands of years old to facilitate meditation. The course will include diet guidelines, benefits, variations and history of meditation. 

 

This course is fantastic for anyone interested to learning more and going deeper into their spiritual practice.
