Description

The Moksha Beginners Yoga Course continues to be a much sought after Yoga Course, designed specifically for those who wish to cover the fundamentals of yoga postures (asana), breathing practices (pranayama) and relaxation (Yoga Nidra).  The course runs for 1.25 hours over 5 consecutive weeks  

The course also includes a copy of the Intro to Yoga Manual and a complimentary yoga class to be used prior to the final session of the course.  

The course is interactive and creates the space for you to explore the postures fully focusing on alignment, breathing and the benefits of each practice. As Yoga is an eightfold path we look at all aspects of yoga from Pranayama (yogic breathing techniques), asana (yoga postures) and meditation.

The Beginners Course is suitable for a variety of students, including students who are new to Yoga, or for those who have not practiced for a long time and want to get back into their practice, or for students who would like to go back to basics and focus on alignment and breath awareness to move deeper in their existing practice.
