New to yoga? Attending a beginners' course is the perfect way to establish your practice. You will have the opportunity to learn correct alignment, understand how to modify poses so that they're appropriate for your body, and will gain the skills and confidence required to attend mixed level classes.




8 weeks x 75 minute classes; 6.15-7.30pm on Thursdays.
