TAMARA YOGA TEACHER TRAINING IN MARGARET RIVER INTENSIVE MAY 9-19, 2013

The 2013 May Tamara Yoga Teacher Training in Margaret River 10 day residential teacher training program is a big step towards becoming an outstanding yoga teacher while deepening your yoga practice. It is immersion in yoga at a profound level and serves as one half of the Tamara Yoga Teacher Training 200 hour Yoga Alliance registered certification. Successful graduates that couple this training with TYTT Bali 2012 OR TYTT Margaret River January 2013 will gain 200hour certification with Yoga Alliance.

The May Tamara Yoga Teacher Training in Margaret River focuses on Yogic Physiology - Meditation, the Relaxation Response and Chakras. Detailed, step-by-step practice in adjusting and real teaching practice with thorough feedback is provided. You will learn how to teach yoga to children and teens, seniors and pregnant women. Every day includes a yoga class designed to deepen your practice. This comprehensive training also covers Pranayama, History, Mantra, Teaching Inversions, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Ayurveda.  

Prior to this training a 2,000 word research assignment is to be completed that is expected to be presented in a 15-20 minute time frame during this course. If you are accepted into this course full details will be provided regarding research assignments. Further assessments required for successful graduation include a written exam and assignments delivered via correspondence. Trainees that are completing this May training as part of the 350hour programme must submit their Anatomy and Physiology assignments at this training from the January training.
