Description

To begin, you dont need to be better at anything than you are right now. Your normal persona/body/mind is a good place to start with Astanga Yoga and in fact the best place to start. From there you begin to learn the primary series sequence to Astanga yoga.

Our beginners course has you equipt with the basics in a month. You come 2 x a week across the month, any 2 morning. You are individually taught, at your pace, acording to any impairments you may be carrying. This cost is $130. After the month, you can then attend any of the mysore classes casually. To learn the sequence is an investment in your health, giving you a sequence you can practice in between attending class. Start any day, any week. Call us up, or email. 

If you would like to come and observe a class first, please email or call and we can arrange a time in the morning  during the week.  Once you have seen how this system works, it is easy to see how you will fit into the practice, going your own pace.
