A brilliant idea for all those who would like to try yoga but prefer a more workout-like class!
Over five consecutive weeks you will practise some easier parts of the “primary series”, consisting of standing, sitting and lying postures and movements. In combination with your breath you will be “on the move” continuously, so that you can enjoy a flowing feeling during your practise. However, we will also do a longer relaxation in the end of each session, so that you will leave wonderfully refreshed and energized and are ready to master the rest of the week.Apart from that you will learn about how Ashtanga Yoga was developed and what makes the difference between Ashtanga Yoga and other styles. You will discover the sense behind the physical and mental exercises, so that you can make use of them in your daily life.
