Deepening Your Ashtanga Experience - 6 week course
The course in designed for the Student who wishes to gain a deeper understanding of the ashtanga practise. You will cover the core of Ashtanga: correct breathing (Ujjai), core stability (Bandha) and gaze points to allow correct body movements. Other topics included; are how do a safe back-bend, shoulder stand, headstand, jump through and the jump back. Correct movement and breath are at the heart of a good practise .The class is suitable for the intermediate student or the advanced.
