Level 1:

Ayk level 1 is an informative and resourceful  workshop,  teaching you to bring yoga into the home, classroom, health or child centre, sport and dance centres. Introducing all ages the main focus is on early childhood 2 - 7years. Ideal for professionals working with children, such as: Early Childhood Teachers, School Teachers, Educators, Sport Teachers, Dance Teachers, Health Therapist’s and Parent’s.

 Level 2

Angel Yoga 4 Kids Level 2 Teacher Training is a detailed program focussing on Yoga 4 Kids aged  7 -12.  It is a comprehensive program certifying you to teach yoga to kids in mainstream early child hood centre’s,  school's or public classes for 2 -12 year olds. After completing AYK Level 2 you will have a sound a extensive knowledge of kids yoga to help you build your confidence as a kids yoga teacher.

AYK has a strong focuss on music, song and drama creating exciting, fun and creative classes. The Kids just love it.....and so do the parents!!!!
