Master Yoga Cleanse
Transform your life with the ultimate yogic cleanse.
Description
Master Yoga Cleanse - 'Poorna Shankaprakshalana'
Recharge the batteries with the full salt water cleanse. Practice traditional hatha yoga immersed in the supportive environment of ashram. Requires strict diet and rest for one week.
NB - Application is via reception only as medical restrictions may apply
Level: Suitable for experienced Hatha Yoga practitioners

Duration
Retreat begins Sunday with dinner at 6 pm and finishes the following Sunday afternoon at 3 pm
