Description

This course is particularly beneficial if you are new to yoga but it is also a wonderful course to do if you are interested in expanding your knowledge of Yoga.

The course touches on yoga philosophy, pranayama, meditation, asana, correct alignment of certain core postures

You will learn: easy yoga stretches, strengthening & balancing postures

Deep relaxation for both your body and mind

Breathing techniques to strengthen and balance your nervous system

Basic meditation for peace of mind
