Retreats are held at our beautiful Tallows Beach venue where you can swim in the ocean or walk along the beach during the day in between yoga, meditation and relaxation. Tallows Beach is an easy 20 minutes bicycle ride to Byron Bay and 5 minutes to Suffolk Park Village.

A retreat is a beautiful opportunity to immerse yourself in the yoga lifestyle and enjoy a comprehensive and authentic experience of yoga every day, with the support of an experienced team who have been running retreats for many years.

You can create your own yoga retreat experience with our flexible program of two yoga classes daily, free time, massage treatments and optional evening entertainment.
