The aim of this course is to strengthen the body, focus the mind & create a healthy sense of well-being.
HI, THANKS FOR YOUR INTEREST IN MY 6 WEEKS INTRODUCTORY TO YOGA COURSE.
The asanas (poses) will help to:
* Tone & stretch the gross muscles.
* Activate & stimulate the internal organs & systems.
* Improve balance & concentration.
* Develop confidence & body awareness.
* Relax through body/mind connection & breath awareness.
By the end of the course you will:
* Achieve a general understanding of the asana groups.
* Be familiar with the names & shapes of the asanas.
* Experience the benefits & effects of these asanas.
DATES: Sundays from 22nd JULY to 26th AUGUST.
TIME: 9.30 to 11am weekly.
