Description

Six week course. Bookings are essential.

Six week  beginners courses comprise of 6 sessions attended once per week for 75 minutes. In this time the body develops flexibility and strength even for the most neglected physique. You will also learn how to deeply relax noticing over this time that the mind is able to quieten more easily. In order to maximize benefit from the course you are encouraged to attend all 6 sessions. If you do need to miss a session during your course you are able to make this up during the week with another class over the length of the course.

Beginners courses are  held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and Thursdays and need to be started on the starting date.

 Monday 9.30am and Saturday 4pm general sessions are also suitable for beginners and can be started at any time.

Cost

$85/$75 concession for the six week course.

There is no casual attendance to the beginners courses
