Description

Four days of; Yoga, Acro yoga, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Tai qi, Ba gua, Numerology workshops, Surfing lessons (2 per day depending on weather. Surf hire available.), Sound healing, and Salsa Dance classes.

 

Therapies available : Massage, Kinesiology, Nutrition, Tarot and numerology readings, Acupuncture, Chinese medicine, Live blood analysis.

Really relax...there are activities for kids!!

Treat yourself and your family, and help provide healthcare, education and livelihood to thousands in rural Jharkhand. 

 

Cost

The cost includes all classes, accommodation and all delicious vegetarian meals. 

 

Therapies are separate.
