Description

This course will help develop the knowledge and understanding about the fundamentals of Hatha yoga practice and its philosophy. Students will learn how to practice and teach postures with different modifications and approach according to individual’s body. Students will also get to learn the warm-up sequence, steps, benefits, energy movements, and relaxation techniques for each and every sequence. Students can improve their knowledge about the history and origin of Hatha yoga and its philosophy. A comparative study of Hindu practices and Hatha yoga is also covered in this teacher training.

Apart from various theory topics below are the practicals covered during this training.

 

Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Variations will be taught for all the Asana

  • Warmups, Steps, Alignment, Modifications, Variations, Benefits, Usage of Blocks, Bolsters, Straps, Wall Support, Partner Support, Counter Postures, Energy Movements, Injury Prevention, Assisting and Teaching Methods will be covered for all the Asanas.
  • Leg Balancing (15 Asanas)
  • Arm Balancing (15 Asanas)
  • Back Ward Bending (15 Asanas)
  • Forward Bending (15 Asanas)
  • Twisting (15 Asanas)
  • Inversion (15 Asanas)
  • Hip Opening Asanas (15 Asanas)
