On Wednesday the 10th of August, the first Yoga Aid Challenge took place. It was a fantastic event that was enjoyed by all.

I was among the 300 people who took place in the event soluting the sun 108 times. There were 12 teachers each leading 9 salutes each. The styles varied a bit, with some doing the traditional versions and some adding a bit of creative touches. There was even one teacher who did chanting 12 times during each solute.


Together we raised over 120,000 for various charities supporting children.
